CPE Credit for Instructor-Led Training
Q: What can I expect to learn in a BNA training class?
A: Users will obtain practical knowledge along with best practices in the use of content and tools to conduct research with their service. Please view the training options link for more training session details.

A: Please review the complimentary training offerings under the Training Options link, or if you prefer to speak with one of the BNA Training & Product Support Representatives about your training needs, please call 1.800.373.1033, option 5, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, excluding most federal holidays, or e-mail us at tm@bna.com. You can also submit a request for complimentary training session by completing this form (also found under Training Options).
Q: What is needed for me to participate in a training webinar?
A: For web-based BNA services you will need
- Access to a computer that will allow you to log on to a designated user site via the Internet
- Telephone line to join a teleconference
- Speakerphone or headset for audio
For BNA products on DVD you will need
- Access to a computer with your BNA DVD installed
- Telephone line to join a teleconference

A: All licensed users are welcome to participate.

Q: Am I eligible for CPE credit as a result of attending training?
A: Yes, you are eligible for CPE credit if you attend one of the hour-long tax research training sessions and complete an online course evaluation. CPE credit for this web-based training is available to licensed users of the BNA Tax and Accounting Center. During this tax research training course, participants will be shown how to conduct effective tax research using various libraries and tools within the BNA Tax and Accounting Center. Q: When will I get my CPE credit?
A: You will receive a PDF of your CPE certificate via e-mail 4-6 weeks after completing the online course evaluation.
Q: Is it OK to have colleagues in my office join in during my session? Will we all receive CPE credit?
A: You can have licensed users at your firm join the session. All participants must register in advance for the class and return an evaluation form to receive CPE credit.
